Is a fair comment. But I also think it is fair enough for us to question why we are so behind other clubs in cases like this.

Davide de Maestri was at the club for a while (not sure when he went but he joined c2001) but he was an a*** and not really up to the job in most people's opinions - got it off the back of some nice work at M&C Saatchi which was probably done by someone else. He was kind of a poor man's Adam Crozier...
