Strangest place you've met a Scouser

I have met Scousers in almost every part of the world that I have visited and most of them, like New Zealanders, all want to return "home" one day, but few do. Some places I have met Scousers follow; a cab driver in Valparaiso, Chile; tour guide in Skagway, Alaska; priest in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; doctor in Manaus, Brazil; veterinarian in Commadoro Riverdavia, Argentina and another vet in Fray Bentos, Uruguay; archaeologist on Easter Island; MoD policeman on Pitcairn Island; bar waitress on Moorea, French Polynesia; sports store owner in Singapore; TV producer in Shanghai; and many more places, but the strangest place I have encountered a fellow Scouser was when I met a female marine biologist from Liverpool University on Elephant Island, Antarctica.

 

I would be interested in hearing of other encounters in strange and faraway places
