Laptop Battery problem

Laptop battery is down to about 30 minutes max when fully charged.

 

Do not get the recaliberation message anymore.

 

Tried to recalibrate manually but to no effect.

 

Is the battery goosed ?

 

If the battery isn't goosed, how can I fix it ?
