What to do?

I bought a sat nav from amazon a couple of months ago. Decent little one but when it arrived it had no USB cable with it. I rang amazon told them and they said they would have to replace the whole thing. anyway the organised for the original to be collected and I left it sat in reception. The day came and went without any sign of them, I've called them again and exactly the same thing happened. I have recieved the replacement and have only been charged for 1 sat nav. Its now been a month without any further contact from Amazon.

 

Do I keep or what?
