Guest Snorky Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 I do, don't want any of their players, they are tainted goods.
RafaShanks Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 I do, don't want any of their players, they are tainted goods. Tainted love?
anny road Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 I do, don't want any of their players, they are tainted goods. peter beardsley?
stressederic Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 Depends on the player, and depends on the circumstances.
Herbie von Smalls Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 (edited) what exactly does such a 'problem' constitute? booing a player in an LFC shirt? reconsidering one's support for the club? calling for Rafa to resign? if he's good enough for Rafa, he's good enough for the shirt, as far as i'm concerned. if it helps us finish above man utd, and even take a title i wouldn't be bothered. i would've been bothered some years ago. but i've stopped trying to fathom our manager. the more single-minded he is, the more i like him. Guest Snorky Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 peter beardsley? He looked like George Clooney when he signed for them and look what happened. I rest my case Your Honour.

Guest Snorky Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 he may replace Riise! That would be the only plus point of this deal.
growler Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 looks like we want to keep the left side south american. Insua, aurelio, Leto, I hear Lucas is left footed... I don't like the idea of us funding their transfer funds. Imagine if us buying beanz gives them the money to bring in Tevez on loan for a year.... shudder...

fred milne Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 no-one has a problem with that?It depends on the Manc. Heinze is beyond the pale, though.
floyd Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 Paul Ince was bad enough, but a deal directly with those tw4ts. Not in a million years.
smithdown Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 Heinze should never have gone there in the first place. It'd be a mercy signing.
McBain Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 I have a problem if said manc is a dyed in the wool, come through the ranks, stood at the stretford end as a boy c*nt like G Neville. Not as much if it's an Argentinian who's only been there 3 years and has no more allegiance to them than he would for us
Redkop Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 That would be the only plus point of this deal. Seconded. But Heinze will always be referred to by the mancs as a manc reject even if he excels for us
L19red Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 i have a big problem giving those t***s £5 never mind £5,000,000
Benitez Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 no-one has a problem with that? I have a problem with us signing a s**** defender like Heinze, whether he's a Manc or not.
Dan Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 i have a big problem giving those t***s £5 never mind £5,000,000 Why? someone else will only do it. If we make their squad weaker at the same time whats the problem? They'll be taking a 50% loss on Heinze and he will definitely improve our defence. I look forward to seeing more of Silvestre next season as well. As others have said as long as its not a die hard like Neville no problem for me.
Jacko Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 What I don't get about Heinze, what I really don't get, is that he was shocking last year - I mean absolutely shocking. Y'know - Traore bad! So why is anyone even remotely interested in signing him unless you're convinced that he will be as good as he was in his 1st season (which was excellent as we know). I'd like to see him show some of that form before we signed him and none of this has anything to do with the fact he's a manc (because it would be funny if he joined and was good).
