He's not 'old' though is he, and for 4 or 5 years he was probably the best No 10 in world football.

 

If he's still got it, or even 50% of it he could be outstanding in a top side for a couple of years yet.

Juan Mata looked like a good prospect for in the U-20 World Cup vs Uruguay. Spain came back from 2-0 down to draw 2-2. Mata has some great vision and eye for a deadly ball based on that performance. Never seen him play other than that, but iv heard he's quite highly rated.
