Ramón Benítez Hernández Posted June 28, 2007 Posted June 28, 2007 (edited) It does scan better, but Simcer never played for us. Edited June 28, 2007 by B.A.Baracus
Kahnee Posted June 29, 2007 Posted June 29, 2007 think he joined fulltime on a free transfer. they love him at stoke. Listed as a player on the Stoke site (where they also have a clip of him being sent of for us against Newcastle ) proved a shrewd loan acquisition by manager Tony Pulis after finding first-team football hard to come by at Liverpool. Signed by City until the end of the season following a highly successful loan spell, the powerful midfielder has played a major part in the Potters recent rise up the Championship table. He spent the entire 2005/06 season on loan at Portsmouth, while he finished the 2004/05 season on loan at Birmingham City, but a series of unfortunate injuries hampered both spells. Handed a five-year contract by Gerard Houllier when he was signed from Sedan for a fee in excess of £5 million in the summer of 2002, the Senegalese international scored one of the best goals in the World Cup 2002 finals against Denmark when he finished off a brilliant team move. No mention of him having signed an extension though, and I vaguely recall him not signing in the hope of getting a Prem deal
Kahnee Posted June 29, 2007 Posted June 29, 2007 He had 6 months left on his deal in January. Which is when he signed with Stoke
