My laptop won't connect to the BT Hub. It finds it, then when i enter the key number, it tells me that the hub is unreachable as the key is incorrect.

Also, it told me that another wireless LAN was connected - does this mean someone i don't know about is using the hub ?

I phoned the help line and was put through to some woman overseas who hasn't got a f**king Scooby and just reads off charts in the folder infront of her. They even have a preset response for " What f**king good are you ?!!! "

I have searched online for help but BT it toally f**king usless there aswell. I asked the virtual Emma for help and she was more than vitually clueless when she advised me that i could find answers at BT Total Broadband Help. That's where Virtual Emma lives. She can literally f**k off.

The hub was installed at Christmas and Si ( on here ) advised me it would take a couple of weeks for the connection to ' level out ' . It did and downloads were at anywhere from 200k to 600k. Now they're back to 12k during daylight hours, unless it's early hours ( 40k ) or breakfast times ( upto 200k )

Could someone please advise me how to connect the laptop to the hub / solve the problem or are you all virtually clueless too ?

I'm getting rather pissed off. The divots in the back garden are testimony to this. Golf clubs have more than one use.
