Anyone know anything about editing photos?

I'm best man at a wedding next weekend and am trying to edit a photo to show as part of the speech. What I am trying to do is to take the groom's head from one photo and move it into another photo.

 

It doesnt need to look particularly professional but I have no idea how to do it (apart from Reinstalling Java!). Can any of you shed any light on this - I would be very grateful.

 

I have a copy of Photoshop/ImageReady but have no idea how to use it.
