Teigen Posted June 13, 2007 Posted June 13, 2007 This is South America's answer to the Champions League, between Boca Juniors and Grêmio. Hopefully Lucas is in the startup, but don't know. Anyway, I thought I should create a mini-guide for people who wants to see this match on a computer. (don't know if any english channels are showing it) Download these two programs: Sopcast, Tvants (google it) For sopcast, try one of these channels: Solaris Sport, Makaiko Sport, AA+TVFor Tvants, who may have english commentators, try Super England. The match starts 01:45, your time Hope this would be appreciated, and sorry for my bad english. Any questions?
techmob Posted June 13, 2007 Posted June 13, 2007 (edited) nice one ill watch it on satellite Edited June 13, 2007 by techmob
pawlu Posted June 13, 2007 Posted June 13, 2007 he's injured isn't he? He's supposed to be back tonight although probably as a substitute. As for internet broadcasts, I always find that this site has all the necessary links.
The_MC Posted June 13, 2007 Posted June 13, 2007 This is a very good site for watching games too -> livefooty
Guest PaulMcC Posted June 13, 2007 Posted June 13, 2007 Is it on Channel 5? They usually show south american football.

Martian Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 Lucas did not play long enough. He may have disrupted the wall allowing Riquelme to score off afree Kick. But he had a good shot on goal towards the end which the goalkeeper spilled. he's agood player but is not ready to replace Gerrard, Alonso or Masherano just yet.
cymrococh Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 (edited) he's agood player but is not ready to replace Gerrard, Alonso or Masherano just yet.on the basis of 28 minutes straight back from injury Are you our new head scout? Edited June 14, 2007 by Paul Caruso
Martian Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 Well we'll see more of him in the under 20 world cup. As for scouting, Gremio has a guy we should look at. That's their left full back, Lucio. Excellent, hard working and in the mould of Roberto Carlos.
Nebraska Red Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 watched the game earlier today. the atmosphere was a little intense, to say the least. Boca are a decent team, but what a bunch of cheats and divers. the ref was a joke, how he allowed the first Boca goal is beyond me. 3 Boca players were yards offside when the miserable fecker, Riquelme, took the free kick. Gremio had a guy sent off, when a yellow would have done, and after that they had no chance. The police had to use their shields to protect the Gremio players at corners and when the guy was sent off. But, as it's South America, it's all OK.
Owen1978 Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 I thought Riquelme was at Villareal? when did he go to boca? and how much for?
Redwire Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 I thought Riquelme was at Villareal? when did he go to boca? and how much for? He's on loan. He went over in January or February I think.
