Let's not be bitter. We won a game we controlled (mostly).

 

My feeling right now is that to come so close to winning will serve us better in the long run. Just think back to 2001 when we won the treble by beating Arsenal in Cardiff. 12 months later Arsenal had evolved into an incredible team, while we slowly went into decline.

 

 

So give Milan their due and pay them respect as Champions of Europe... but we will be back.

It's not an insult - I really like Inzaghi. I'm saying they characterize the Italian stereotype of being incredibly passionate. Those saying I'm graceless and without dignity or "ffs, come on" are reading something in my words that isn't there.
