Wish we had Didi in our team. I always find it useful if we had 1 player who could speak the Referee's language to ensure that a break down in communication doesn't happen.

That's what I thought - seem to remember he did OK that night. Or maybe I should say I don't remember anything controversial against us, which is not quite the same thing...

So he actually featured on three occasions where the result went well for Rafa, for those worried by the superstitious angle. More importantly though, I don't think he was that great in the Barca game from memory.

If I remember well despite being mauled by Valencia we had a decent penalty shout turned down when Owen raced into their box and was tripped.

So basically for Liverpool Football Club he's been sh*t but he's not been bad for Rafa.
