Rotterdam tournament

I was f***ing steaming when I got in but im sure I see some advert about us being in some tournament there in the Summer. I'm up for that if true, always wanted to go to their ground although the atmosphere will obviously be s*** for a friendly.

 

Anyone know anything about it or did I hear it wrong?

Feyenoord will host a trio of highly attractive clubs in the Port of Rotterdam Tournament 2007, including two recent Champions League winners. All participating clubs are from port cities. Liverpool, Shanghai Shenhua FC and FC Porto have agreed to take part in the preseason event between Friday 3 and Sunday 5 August at De Kuip. Tickets will go on sale in May.

 

Feyenoord start proceedings on 3 August with a game against FC Porto, while the Rotterdammers? match-up against Liverpool is scheduled two days later. The quality of the line-up is undisputable. The two European clubs are regulars in UEFA?s competitions. Liverpool won the Champions League as recently as 2005, taking the trophy a year after FC Porto won the tournament under the steersmanship of José Mourinho. Shanghai Shenhua FC were runners-up in Chinese Super League in both 2005 and 2006.

The one sky are advertising is a mini tournoment end of July in Hong Kong. We play a select Hong Kong team..winner plays winer of fulham v portsmouth.

Sky will be showing both the Asia Trophy and this Rotterdam Tournament.

oh fantastic! Thanks for the info. I know the promo I caught last night was for the Hong Kong one as I was thinking of downgrading for a few months my sky but won't now!
