Cunny Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 (edited) When do you think the club will annouce ticket selling arrangments? Anyone care to hazard a guess on what they will be? I assume those who have been to the aways will rightly be given first dibs.I'm a season ticket holder who has been to all the CL home games (including the qualifier) via the auto ticket scheme - what do you reckon my chances are? Guest Snorky Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 Season Ticket holders who have got all European credits will get one, dunno if they will use the away games. Fan Card holders who have got all European credits should get one, but may go into a ballot. There's only 17,000 tickets (we know), take away around 500 - 1,000 for the players, directors etc etc. We have 28,000 S/T, not all of them will qualify, I reckon around 60%.
downunder Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 email I got yesterday from LFC Good Morning all After such a wonderful result last night and us progressing into the Final of the Champions League, can you please all hold back with applications for match tickets for Athens for the following reasons: we do not know who we are playingwe do not know the selling arrangements Please wait until at least until tomorrow before sending in your applications, however, it could be next week before we have any information. With kind regards

Swan Red Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 Season Ticket holders who have got all European credits will get one, dunno if they will use the away games. Kev are you saying that the 6 home games in the CL should be enough? fecking gerrin, that means I get one!!!!! doesn't it? again I am hoping so
Guest Snorky Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 Kev are you saying that the 6 home games in the CL should be enough?again I am hoping so Only a guestimate, but I think so.
johngibo YPC Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 2 years ago they didn't count away gamesAlthough there were more ticketsAnd isn't it 7 games with the qualifier?
jon_hall Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 2 years ago they didn't count away gamesAlthough there were more ticketsAnd isn't it 7 games with the qualifier? There were 17000 tickets originally, the same as now. We got late extras i think as Milan didn't sell out. I believe the original arrangements were all homes (league proper i think) plus one away.
Lee W Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 (edited) Only a guestimate, but I think so. I hope so otherwise it's the unofficial route for me And isn't it 7 games with the qualifier? Don't think the Qualifier counts Edited May 3, 2007 by Lee W

Would prefer a straight ST and FC cards holders with the most credits in descending order. And special priviliges if you went to Kiev away as well.
allez les rouges Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 my mate heard last night from the BBC that aparently the allocation hasnt been announced yet. but, they were told that its more likely 20k ish rather than 17k. i hope so. All my mates have been to every home game, ,like me, but i'm the only with a ST. i may be going on my own if they dont get one (
Tetti Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 2 years ago they didn't count away gamesAlthough there were more ticketsAnd isn't it 7 games with the qualifier? They did count aways. Started at 8 or so and then went down.
Guy_Incognito Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 As far as I remember in 2005 it was season ticket holders with all the homes (including the qualifier) plus one away (total 8 games)Then fan card members with the same Then season ticket holders with 7Then fan card holders with 7 and so on But this season (so far) the qualifier hasn't counted for any loyalty, so there may be only 6 games. Plus if you remember Monaco in 2005, the ticket office fecked up so the ground was only half empty, taking out a lot of people who may otherwise have had all the home games. To conclude, I'm concerned about my chances.
Lee W Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 Here's the deets from 2005: ------- CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL: TICKET SELLING INFOMark Platt Liverpool Football Club has confirmed selling arrangements for the 20,031 tickets allocated to the club by UEFA for the Champions League Final in Istanbul on May 25, 2005.Following procedures put in place last season, the Club has again recognised those fans who attended games earlier in the competition. Tickets will be available to season ticket holders and Fan Card holders who purchased tickets for a minimum of six games from the 14 Liverpool have played in the Champions League this campaign. The six games can be a combination of both home and away matches in the tournament, but must be stored on the Fan Card. To minimise inconvenience to supporters, the club have also decided to stagger the sale of tickets, with Tuesday May 10th designated as the first day of sale for Season Ticket holders who have supplied details of their Fan Card to prove they have purchased tickets for a minimum of eight Champions League games. Wednesday May 11th will see tickets available to Fan Card holders who have supplied details of their Fan Card to prove they have purchased tickets for a minimum of eight Champions League games. The schedule for the rest of the week is as follows: Thursday May 12th Season Ticket holders - seven games. Friday May 13th Fan Card holders - seven games. Saturday May 14th Season Ticket holders - six games. Sunday May 15th Fan Card holders - six games. All sales are 1 ticket per eligible Fancard
Guest PaulMcC Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 I've been to 6 home games on my fan card. Really hope that's enough. I missed out in 2005 cos i didn't bought a ticket off someone for the Monaco game instead of putting it on my fan card.
jfogarty Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 A guy from RAWK says that Radio City announced each club will get more than 20k tickets. Anybody else hear it??

Raj Posted May 4, 2007 Posted May 4, 2007 Someone on RAWK has said that any ST's with 6 will go to a ballot. Anyone with more will definitely get one and anyone with a Fancard with 6 will get nothing. Apparently wont be confirmed until Mon/Tues from what they are saying

Does that assume a full take up etc etc?
