The (Not) Leaked Blair-Bush Memo

It says details of a meeting between Blair and Bush in April 2004 (just over a year after the illegal invasion of Iraq) were 'leaked' although nobody seems to know what these details actually were:

The BBC article says it had the potential to raise international tensions and seriously damage relations with friendly governments.

 

So what did this memo actually contain (speculation invited)? Did Blair avoid yet another foreign policy disaster by the skin of his teeth?
