suspect most after 2005 will be happy with 0-0. but i thought then that is a very dangerous score and it was very tight then.

there again, we decided in the man yoo v roma thread that it is better than 2-1!

on the negative side, we certainly do not want anything more than a 1 goal deficit.

and a booking for drogba would be very nice, thank you very much (carra and agger take note)

4-0 win for us, Drogba, Terry and Lampard all beheaded by a Carragher sliding tackle, Carragher's red card rescinded on appeal.

That'll do

Important that we score in my opinion

I hope that IF he does play with one up front, then it is crouch. Hope he doesnt play Kuyt on his own up front but I think he will go 4-4-2 and attack like we did in the nou camp

I think we will win 1-0 or 2-1

i'd take a score draw now. 0-0 gives them an advantage. any score draw would be ok.

but obviously, the best result would be a 2-1 defeat, as decided by some numpties on here a few weeks ago

I agree, my gut feeling tells me that we are going to win.

I would be optimistic with a 1 goal deficit, two would be pushing it to be honest given Chelsea's strong defence and penchant for counter-attacking.

That said, I think we are well capable of drawing, no doubt and a tenner of my money will be backing us at 10/3 to win !

Any result that makes Chelsea have to chase it at Anfield. the idea of us needing to force the play in the second leg would make me slightly pessimistic about our chances. It's not what we do best

Score draw is perhaps the best we can hope for but Rafa's never seen us score at the Bridge I dont think. Hopefully that'll change this time

Obviously a win first but if we can't manage that a 1-1 or a 2-2 would suffice.

Can't see there being that many goals so maybe a 1-1.

I would take a 0-0 or preferably 1-1. However, I can't see many chances in Wednesday's game unless Carvalho is injured. If so I think Ferriera or Boulharouz could be there for the taking. We never seem to get anything out of our trips to Stamford Bridge.
