Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez admits he's planning a bid for Udinese striker Vincenzo Iaquinta.

 

Iaquinta, 28, blasted 13 goals in 25 games for Udinese this term and the Serie A side will demand £10m for their prize asset.

 

Anfield spies saw him score the opener in Udinese's 2-1 win over Chievo on Saturday and Rafa plans to run the rule over him again.

 

He admitted to The Sun: "We are following many players and I like Iaquinta."
