Casino Royale : enjoyable nonsense - the chase scene through the buiding site on the cranes was breathtaking - 6/10

History Boys : it was ok, not great - you could tell they were shoe horning a play into a movie - wanted to hit most of the pupils - 6/10

The Queen - it was ok and cracking portrayals of Liz and Tone but why was it nominated for best film at all the awards!!? 6/10

Red Road - it's very good but it isunrelentingly grim, spiced up with the one of the most explicit sex scenes in a mainstream film I've ever seen - 6/10

Borat - I did laugh but not as good as the hype - 6/10
