"youre not fit to wear the shirt" ringing out for most of the second half

then apparantly a bloke has run on and thrown his glasses at Pearce

Fighting amongst themselves

Alot calling for Pearce out and it kicked off

Then at the end Barton went to throw his shirt in the crowd, and whilst the majority were applauding, you could see loads rushing to the front..calling him a w***** and giving him loads

to be fair it was his fault.....

As for Sylvain Distin.....dear me

City are shocking

they've been playing awful football for months. they'll stay up due to the fact that the teams below them are even worse, but Pearce will be out of a job in the summer. no point in sacking him now. they are s*** all over the park, they havent got one single decent player, with teh exception of Hamann, but he cant do anything surrounded by the s**** they have in every other position.

I'd take Barton and Micah Richards off their hands :)

3 times in a 10 minute spell in the 2nd half he tried to pass out of defence to set up an attack...each a relatively straight forward pass.......each he put into touch.

They couldn't deliver one decent ball into the box in the whole of the 2nd half and even if they had done so, they had nobody in there anyway.

A bunch of average players (at best), with no shape, no organisation and no desire.

Whilst understanding their frustration, I thought the City fans' behaviour was appalling at the end there.

Carrying on like that isn't going to keep them up; if anything the players are going to be hugely de-motivated by the aggression shown towards them from their own supporters. They should get behind their players at a time like this for the sake of their club - try to encourage them rather than give them sh*t.

Most of their fans looked like total scum as well for some reason.

Always quite liked City and their fans, wasn't impressed at all today though.

hamann's not played nearly enough. they'd probably be about 6 points better off in the league if he'd played more.

pearce is just clueless - whatever makes him think that coradi and samaras is a viable strikeforce for the english league? one's a lazy c*** and the other's just pisspoor.

Richards maybe. Barton is average, and a c***. he'd get nowhere near our team anyway, a slightly better than average player in a s*** team

Why are referees so lenient with Barton?

 at Talksport presenter after the game - after a few rounds of "youre not fit to wear the shirt" Barton goes and throws his shirt to the fans. Presenter describes this as a lovely gesture to the fans!!

Is it just me being cynical or is that total naivety

Only got into the pub to see the last couple of minutes - looked like Barton threw his shirt to Citeh fans, got a dogs load of abuse back off them and then turned and went to show them his ar5e as he walked off.

Shambles of a club. Poor old Didi, turned out to be a sh** decision to go there.
