Alonso to Gerrard who picks it up near the centre circle, ball goes out to Luis Garcia on the left.. puts the ball into the box and don't remember who scored but it was a great sweeping move.Good quick passing and movement. Might have been against Villa.

We've scored a few spectacular goals this season, but I'd have to say as a pure team goal I'd choose Crouch's at West Ham. It was quick, incisive, ruthless, and a real glimpse into what we are capable of.

It's been a season of great goals for the reds this one. If I had to pick then

 

no 1 Alonso v Barcodes (world class goal)

no 2 Crouch v Gala (never easy to do scissor kick, yet the big man did it)

no 3 Kuyt v West Ham (one timer with the outside of his right foot,peach)
