honourablegeorge Posted March 5, 2007 Posted March 5, 2007 Apparently, his ridiculous wages are one of a number of causes of disharmony at West Ham. http://football.guardian.co.uk/News_Story/0,,2026092,00.html "Schadenfreude" is the word, I believe.
Stevie H Posted March 5, 2007 Posted March 5, 2007 i'm no huge fan of lucas neill, but i still hope he decks anton ferdinand in training.

If West Ham go down, can he sign for another Premiership club, or, will that invoke the three club in a year rule, so he will either HAVE to play Championship football or go to another country?.

Nerik Posted March 5, 2007 Posted March 5, 2007 In a season. He can move come June no problem. Kromkamp did that in 2006.
Leo No.8 Posted March 5, 2007 Posted March 5, 2007 i'm no huge fan of lucas neill, but i still hope he decks anton ferdinand in training. I'd like Neill and Ferdinand to run into each other in training and somehow break every bone in both of their bodies. That would be worth uncorking a nice bottle of red to celebrate...
jimmylibel Posted March 5, 2007 Posted March 5, 2007 What a mess they are at the moment. Established internationals at West Ham? So that's Benayoun and Gabbidon isn't it? If it's the latter that Curbishley isn't talking to may I be the first (in a while) to say "SIGN GABBIDON".
Stevie H Posted March 5, 2007 Posted March 5, 2007 i'd have thought that benayoun was the observer's likely source to be honest jim. he seems a bit too professional for all the s**** that's going on there atm. sheringham's an established international. . .

I reckon they'd have gone for 'former international'... although wouldn't be surprised if Curbishly isn't talking to him. Good call on Benayoun being the source though. Either him or one of the newbies I reckon.
Bootle Buck Posted March 5, 2007 Posted March 5, 2007 They should have appointed Trevor Brooking as an interim Manager until the end of the season. He seemed to be able to get the best out of the players when he was called upon several years ago.
San Diego Red Posted March 6, 2007 Posted March 6, 2007 (edited) Am I the only person who wouldn't want him on a Premiership team? He doesn't by any means deserve to be so. Edited March 6, 2007 by KPatel
Guatered Posted March 6, 2007 Posted March 6, 2007 my bet for the 'established international' is roy carroll- he's a known gambler and has been dropped from the team as well. lucas- you could have been playing tonight buddy... if you cared about football more than a few extra grand a week...
