Calling it a security measure. I call it sucking up to touts Use the La Caixa bank ATMs. they are selling them also. Look for a machine which says Venda Entradas on it.

Look for a machine which says Venda Entradas on it. just got back from the ticket office. was pretty unfair the way they did that, all british passport holders refused entry. Luckily enough I had my irish driving license in my wallet, so was able to get through. didnt fancy explaining dual nationality in spanish to be honest. hope everyone else manages to get tickets - the atm's should be good to go!
