I just thought it deserved a topic of it's own too - if we can slag off the players and manager, and that's called "having an opinion", then surely we can slag off the people slagging off the players and the manager, and that can be "having an opinion" too.

Chances are that if Kuyt got sold for a loss in the summer to Bolton you'd bemoan the lesser workrate of his replacement. You're getting to be a joke, a f*cking laughing stock. It was called for mate, you get like this after every game we don't win and it's quite bloody irritating.

 

Of course I've slagged players and managers off, but it's by far the exception. Today, Riise got a good slagging cause he's been s*** all season - Agger was poor against Newcastle, but he didn't get a good slagging because it's unusual for him. It's perspective, and it's sadly lacking around here when things don't go the way we want them to.

I think we've got to accept this season is the end of one chapter and next season is the beginning of something new.

 

Every fan hurts after a loss, especially after a game in which we could have easily been leading by 2 or 3 goals at HT but of course some of the over the top posts are way too far the other way.

 

Some of our players arent good enough thats true but i feel at the moment we have less of these players than we have for a long time. There are very few weak links in the squad at the moment. Ideally some starting players will be used as squad players (Pennant, Riise) and im sure that will be the case in the summer when hopefully 2 or 3 real top quality players come in.

I'd say that Kev aint too happy in his personal life at the moment and that maybe we should just relax a little bit.
