he is far too good for the UAE league

 

He is, and maybe that's why he likes to play there??? His first season for Bayern was great and everyone hoped he would go on and build on it, but apparently he didn't bother learning the language and adapting and this season he's hardly even made it onto the bench.

 

He's still peaking, too, which makes everything that's happened such a huge dissapointment. He used to be a joy to watch for the national team but the last few games he looks nothing like the player he used to be.
