Just mentioned that in another thread... I hope we didn't really give up our 'buy back' option as part of the deal for Arbeloa. Obviously Baragan would need to agree to coming back in the first place, but it would still be good to have the first option.

had to laugh at Dempsey blaming Carson for one of the goals. he gets a back pass onto his wrong foot in the 6 yd box and clears as best he can, the defender than whiffs on the tackle, letting the Spanish player waltz in and score.

Now that's what i call an attacking Full Back. The lad just bombs forward. He was unlucky not to get goal.

i thought that england team was very poor.some good players in spain.

i remember we were linked with their keeper a few months ago,looked good.

Well if he played great in one game he's clearly going to be a star, forget he was dropped from the Depor team or anything, one game against England under 21s is the pinnacle of World football, perform against them and you know you've made it.
