I have kjust read Barclay saying "ooh what if DIC now go and buy Man United off Glazier...wouldnt that be fun"...Well its not going to happen is it you clown...the debt they would have to take on at United would make them run to the hills......

And Paul Wilson saying "If they struggle to break down Everton, they are not going to get past Barcelona are they"...

its like reading the ramblings of a 14 year old.....f***ing pathetic

Yeah, but I LOVE it when people come out with this type of thing;

And Paul Wilson saying "If they struggle to break down Everton, they are not going to get past Barcelona are they"...

It's a real pin-on-the-dressing-room-wall, that one, isn't it?

He has a point. You know what Barca are like - all they know how to do is defend. They'll play one man up and nine at the back like always.

Wilson's a blue nose, he's always slagging us off.

He's a literate version of Andy Grey, ignore him.

And Barclay's a self pretentious cvnt.

That's came fron our kid, whose mates with a sports reporter on the Independant.

Come to think of it, our kids mate says, all the journo's who appear on Chinny Hill, swan around and think they are superstars.

Barely a week goes by when he doesn't get at least one sly dig at us into his coulmn. Didn't need to this week of course cos he did the match report. He hates us. He's a prick. Had some correspondence with him last year when he steamed into us after the Utd cup tie and he truly is an arrogant c**k.

Just read the the people online (no point buying it) and that paul McCarthy is it? is one bitter horrible prick ,his whole match report is about slagging our manager off ,he really does hate rafa, its just bile. Moyes really is the darling of the press it seems.

well, we beat Chelsea & failed to beat everton - which means Everton would beat Chelsea, Everton lost to Pompey, who lost to Charlton who lost to Forest. So Forest are better than Chelsea too

Bluenoses clutch at straws don't they? Had we beat them 3-0 yesterday they would have simply claimed it was a draw over the two games. One thing a bluenose knows how to do is make excuses. With a small club like that, it's little wonder.

just seen this by that fvckin ret4rd also.

If someone sees him at the next match, fvckin pummel his fat face.

link to this s***houses match report

Just a shame George Gillett andTom Hicks were stuck on the other side of the Atlantic – they would have recognised the desperate Hail Mary tactics as ball after aimless ball flew into the Everton box.

Poor old Rick Parry. He sat in the directors’ box and reflected on a week when he’s managed to alienate the fifth richest man in the world and could now be faced with two Americans wanting to renegotiate on the £500m price for Liverpool when they watch a tape of this display.

Gillett and Hicks may believe they are buying into a big-time ‘franchise’... sadly with a small-minded manager on the basis of Benitez’s comments.

I think its xenophobia and becos they can't get away with calling him a spanish whatever they dress it up in something else that is unless you are mike parry for talksport and then you can call rafa a spanish peasant or whatever he was supposed to have called him.

'Thankfully, they possess a manager who has a commendable streak of diplomacy' yes he is talking about david Moyes there

The Mike Parry stuff was hilarious. He was apopleptic on the phone to TS last night, and made some dangerously off-colour remarks about Rafa, Spain and the Spanish. A couple of callers (not Reds) picked him up on it, and Kinghorn (never normally afraid to stick the boot into LFC) kept repeating that the station distanced themselves from his remarks - not jokily, but like he had been strongly advised legally. Mickey Quinn, of course, was useless in any kind of defence of Liverpool or Rafa - didn't argue with the stupid assertion that Rafa would be in trouble now if he hadn't won the CL. So would any succesful manager be....if they hadn't been succesful!

This morning though, Parry was a little less demented, but in a random ad section, extolling the Ford Ranger, he spoke of driving from Madrid to Portugal in one in 2004, and repeated all the stuff he'd said about Spanish Peasants etc, but now in the style of 'local colour' or a travelogue, with no mentionm of the Rafa stuff from the night before - like he was nervousd about getting pulled up about his jibes, and building a post-facto defence that it had been this kind of 'journalistic story' rather than a nasty, xenophobic diatribe!
