Don't buy them. My son bought one from a beach trader in Sicily in the summer. The same day he bought it (it was a Panerai divers watch) he got a shower with it on...it steamed up inside. Put in on a radiator and got the steam to evaporate. That night the thick rubber strap started to tear. By next morning it had torn right through.

 

Bought a leather strap for it as a replacement, so it could be worn, it's just packed up completely. The money from these things definitely ends up in gangsters pockets, they look ok but are truly chit. Really they are the most expensive watches you could possibly buy. Now he's learnt. What should have cost £2,000 was £16. The real one would last decades, the copy lasted 6 months.
