Hi There Gennie,

 

Long time lurker, infrequent poster looking for a bit of techie help - I have today attempted to start using bit torrent in an attempt to download some missed tv programmes but am having a tough time getting it to work. I have Norton AV, think this may be the problem - I get as far as getting the file into the utorrent window, but it either never starts downloading, or goes at the same speed as a drunken hedgehog!

 

I'm usually quite PC/Internet savvy, but am foxed by this whole torrent business - can anyone tell me where to start?
