He had a positive effect on me yesterday, when thinks went to pot he got up and kept on playing

Yeah fair play to him, it took him 50 seconds before he feigned injury and started rolling around on the floor instead of his usual 10 seconds, he's cleaning up his act.

 

He did have a laugh with the kop when he fell over but he's still a diving t***.

I think there are lot worse cheaters out there, in fact, I haven't seen anything bad from him recently... I haven't seen much of him to be honest but still I think there are worse players.

 

Strangely, I have a lot more respect for him this season, seems to be one of the few Chelsea players to be really trying hard and not feeling sorry for himself.

Apart form Essien, he was the only Chelsea player who gave it his all yesterday. Yes there was the slight dive early on but he kept going throughout the game. Personally, I'd have him at Anfield in a heartbeat. Any combination of him and/or Bellamy/Kuyt would be a fundamentally great striking partnership.

He was excellent yesterday and I was impressed with his attitude. He even found time for a laugh when he slipped in front of the Kop.

 

As somebody else said he didn't mope around like some of them.

Saw that too, and it was what made me realise just how much he appears to have changed this season.

Had the same thought. Never complained, played fair. Actually I see him as Chelsea's best player, and mind Henry, the best striker in the land.

My only problem with him was his attitude, but he handled him self fair yesterday, and fair play to him..

 

Will still call him Dogbreath though...

In a thread about Finnan, you will not get all this b******s. I am amazed that so many people praise Drogba, even Chelsea fans don't value him as high as some on here.
