He was making runs all over the pitch to win the ball all the time, and succeeded almost every time. He was thrown to the ground by SWP and didn't even look at him afterwards, he just walked away. That's class.

 

Not to forget his brilliant pass to Kuyt in the end. Magnificent technique.

Thought Aurelio had his best game for us - did very well defensively against some tricky opponents, and got forward at every opportunity. Him and Riise worked well together.

Nothing wrong when a defender's name doesn't get mentioned very often. As a pair Carra and Agger were fantastic and once again our whole back 5 were excellent as a unit.
