Maldini Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 was f***in brutal today, at fault for all three goals, out of position for the first and went down like a bag of spuds for the other two. Reina in goal and it's an easy win for us today.
Sion Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 Agreed. Reina would have easily saved number 1, number 2 was more defensive problems, and you can't really say if he would have, and number 3 for sure.
Dublinred4ever Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 was f***in brutal today, at fault for all three goals, out of position for the first and went down like a bag of spuds for the other two. Reina in goal and it's an easy win for us today. His effort for the third was a joke. But Benitez shouldn't have dropped Reina. Stupid decision
Smith Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 And not in a "crap" kind of way. He was, in short, sh*te.
McBain Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 (edited) With Reina in goal we'd have maybe got a draw and then been raped at the emirates I dont blame Jerzy for being shyte. I blame Rafa for starting him Edited January 6, 2007 by Mcbain
Guest RedLegend Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 Played like he drank a cup of valium before the match.
Paul Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 Glad someone else has mentioned it cos he was extremely poor. How he didn't get a hand to Henry's goal I'll never know.
Cam Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 For the 2nd you've got to look at Finnan (obviously), Garcia (for pulling out of a challenge) and Gerrard (for being a staue until too late) too.
Bootle Buck Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 (edited) There is no co-incidence that our clean sheets are when Reina plays. Dudek when played this season let 3 in against Reading, Gala and Arsenal. Edited January 6, 2007 by Bootle Buck
Earl Hafler Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 was f***in brutal today, at fault for all three goals, out of position for the first and went down like a bag of spuds for the other two. Reina in goal and it's an easy win for us today. But do you blame Dudek, question Rafa or both ? Dudek was very poor and will bare the brunt of most people's anger but Carra was shocking - the mistake for Henry's goal inexcusable and completely mystifying, Gerrard poor. Also questions for Rafa about team selection.

I don't blame Finnan for the 2nd. At least not more than anyone else. At least he made an effort to get close to Rosicky. They rest of them stood there scratching their privates admiring him.
Guest Sabre Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 For the 2nd you've got to look at Finnan (obviously), Garcia (for pulling out of a challenge) and Gerrard (for being a staue until too late) too. True but mainly Gerrard if you ask me. Rosicky was under pressure making him move into a supposedly tighter area. Gerrard acted like a bloody pussy.
Smigger Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 He was at fault for all 3 goals in my opinion !
Bootle Buck Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 We have gotten rid of Kirkland and loaned out Carson both of them better than Dudek. I think he is living on his CL performance and his contract. He Should have been shipped out last summer.
Hassony Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 There is no co-incidence that our cleran sheets are when Reina plays. Dudek when played this season let 3 in against Reading, Gala and Arsenal.dudek was s**** today, but it was pepe who played against reading
madskilz Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 True but mainly Gerrard if you ask me. Rosicky was under pressure making him move into a supposedly tighter area. Gerrard acted like a bloody pussy. Yep, that situation was crying out for Momo
Hassony Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 Yep, that situation was crying out for Momoor maschareno is gerrard the new beckham when it comes to pulling out of challenges?
Bootle Buck Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 dudek was s**** today, but it was pepe who played against reading In the League Cup?
madskilz Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 In the League Cup? Yep, Dudek was suspended for t***ting that blues@te striker
Swipe Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 I think Rafa must take the blame for the result. Ridiculous decision to put in Dudek for no reason. Tuesday is the game to give him a run out. Now rafa will have to think what would have happened had Reina been in goal. And to not bring on Bellamy - letting him warm up for the entire second half - was a nonsense. So f***ed off at the moment.
Guest Sabre Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 or mascharenois gerrard the new beckham when it comes to pulling out of challenges? Gerrard likes scoring goals... How hard? Not Gerrard.
