I don't think so. but it doesn't matter as he will only change back again when it suits him. Giles is consistent though and he still thinks he's vastly over-rated.

Think they called him second rate before last weekend's game, which was live on RTE, so my brother told me anyway.

He's not as bad as Dunphy says is he and he's not as good as most others are saying he is IMO.

Don't think Dunphy has been on the Premiership for a while now - and when he has I think he's avoided the United games.

Agree with betterman about Giles although I would say Giles recognises his talent just doesn't think he's as good as he could be if he made better decisions.

Yeah, that's pretty much how Giles - and a lot of people - feel. He could be a lot smarter.

However, there's more to than that with Ronaldo, I wouldn't deny he's a good player with a lot of talent and in great from right now.. but he's just very, very unlikeable.

Regardless of who you support. I mean Paul Scholes is playing very well right now too and fair play to him, but Ronaldo...

He's really hard to stomach for lots of reasons and I'd say some of these particularly annoy an old pro like Giles.

I reckon it's the diving that really gets to Giles re CRonaldo... in general he goes on and on about that issue (not specifically about CRonaldo) everytime he's on RTÉ/ Newstalk.

Don't know about you but I think Scholes should be getting a lot more talk for player of the year than he currently is.

I did catch CRonaldo's wonderful crot against Newcastle the other night. Nearly hit the halfway line, never mind the corner flag.

Don't know about player of the year, but he's not getting enough credit at all for how good he's been playing.

Giggs and Scholes' contributions to United's resurgence have been almost completely overlooked amid all the hype about Ronaldo.

The last time Dunphy was talking about the horrible little c*nt was a couple of weeks ago, I think.

He was saying that he's doing the business against the sh*te of the Premiership, but only when he starts doing it regularly against the top domestic and European teams, will Dunphy admit to him being a great player rather than just a talented one.

6 weeks' detox?

last time i saw dunphy commenting on ronaldo he was calling him "brain dead".

Can you get this programme on cable in the UK? It sounds great.

Don't think so - you can probably get it on You Tube though?

It can have it's moments but sometimes its as annoying as it is entertaining. They're a bit too knee jerky at times. Just as likely to put the boot into us for stupid stuff as C. Ronaldo.

They don't mince their words though - particularly Dunphy.

6 weeks' detox?

As we all know it'll take a lot longer than that.
