Sion Posted January 1, 2007 Posted January 1, 2007 Who do we support? Chelsea lose/draw we'll only be 7/8 points behind with them to come to Anfield, we could realistically catch them. But it adds more a lot more probability to the manc c**** winning the league Chelsea win, and the manc c**** look less likely to get #16. And I REALLY REALLY don't want them to win it I'm torn.
CaptainXabi Posted January 1, 2007 Posted January 1, 2007 The only correct answer is the one that includes the Mancs not winning the tittle. C'mon Chelsea!
Bootle Buck Posted January 1, 2007 Posted January 1, 2007 I think we should be hoping for either of the top two to drop as many points as possible. Remember we play both of them at home and they have to play each other. It aint over till it's over.
growler Posted January 1, 2007 Posted January 1, 2007 the only correct answer is where liverpool win. we beat chelsea and the scum at home, and then chelsea and arseal beat the scum. easy. the only correct answer is where liverpool win. we beat chelsea and the scum at home, and then chelsea and arseal beat the scum. easy.
lawrie Posted January 1, 2007 Posted January 1, 2007 I always want anyone within spitting distance of us to lose. If rivals are playing each other I generally prefer a draw. Therefore it's Chelsea to lose tomorrow
crisps Posted January 1, 2007 Posted January 1, 2007 Villa... I'd love us to come 2nd and Chelsea 3rd even if it does mean a manc title
Andy @ Allerton Posted January 1, 2007 Posted January 1, 2007 Chelsea 100% Villa... I'd love us to come 2nd and Chelsea 3rd even if it does mean a manc title That is just s*** A Liverpool fan wanting the mancs to win is just utterly wrong
oran Posted January 1, 2007 Posted January 1, 2007 The only correct answer is the one that includes the Mancs not winning the tittle. C'mon Chelsea!couldnt have said that better!
sean Posted January 1, 2007 Posted January 1, 2007 I don't think Chelsea are good enough this year. Balance of the side all wrong.
Koller49 Posted January 1, 2007 Posted January 1, 2007 Chelsea definately. Really isnt much difference between 2nd and 3rd bar a qualifier at the end of june which we should always win. But there is a big difference between Chelsea winning the league and the Mancs. If the Mancs win the league it'd be horrendous.
crisps Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 Chelsea 100%That is just s*** A Liverpool fan wanting the mancs to win is just utterly wrong As much as I'd hate the mancs winning the title, I'd love to see the whole chelsea/media reaction to chelsea not winning it and the look on lampard and mourinhos face. I could cope with a few texts off manc mates.
Sheida V Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 What kind of run-in do Man U and Chelsea have? We have something like 7 easier games to finish the season so even if we're 8-9 points off by then we have a great chance. I want Chelsea to win, btw, because I only care how far off the top we are, not how far off second.

_00_deathscar Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 I would rather the Mancs finish 1st and we finish 3rd but win the European Cup, than Chelsea finish 1st, we finish 2nd and win nothing. Ofcourse, we're going to win the quadruple so no worries
hideNseek Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 Come on Chelsea. I don't want the Mancs winning anything, including an egg and spoon race.
Rimbeux Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 I'm willing Terry to get back fit, for Cech or Cudicini to be back in goals and for them to catch the Mancs
Coyler Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 Absolutely. Let us by all means potter along and win every game and win the league, but Chelsea must overtake United, full stop.
Stevie H Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 I don't think Chelsea are good enough this year. Balance of the side all wrong.i'm amazed he ever changed the 4-3-3 which won them the league twice. reminiscent of ferguson's f***ing around trying to fit veron in and go to 4-5-1. ballack's got to be the biggest most idle waste of money ever.

I'm presuming they were hoping that fitting sheva and ballack in would help them push for the CL? but i guess they'll probably buy villa, kaka and whoever else in January to help them out Edited January 2, 2007 by mikeyj

matty Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 Hilarious though to see Mourinho's 'I only need a 20 man squad' to come so unstuck. One man feckin team.
Guest RedLegend Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 Think Chelsea are the only team that can catch the mancs. We've left ourselves with too much to do IMO. Mancs would have to collapse in 2nd half of the season and I can't see that happening even though they will drop points. So I hope Chelsea win.
