Heskey looks like the player he should have been. Throwing his weight around, ploughing into Chelsea defenders and getting into great positions. Shame it won't last.

He's having a great game, should be one of the top players in England. Loads of strength and ability, just doesn't appear to have the mind set to produce the goods on a consistent enough basis. All down to self belief IMO.

Horns of a dilemma though. They lose/draw and Utd go further clear and closer to the league.

I'm watching on a live stream - which is unbelieveably clear and English commentary. As was the one for our game earlier.

Andrew Johnson's deflected shot finds the Reading net as Everton take the lead in the 14th minute

Quelle Suprise. How deflected was it?

great result, would hate to see manure stretch their lead

Agreed, but I just cannot bring myself to want them to do well any time I watch them. As individuals I hate pretty much every one of them.

Plus it means we've 100% conceeded the title.

another Chav game and another ticking off from the Missus.

my poor language directed at messrs Carvalho, Drogba, Lampturd and Mourinho earned me a lecture.

i wouldn't mind , but i was lying in my bed, on my own watching the match.

another reason to hate the Chav b'strds.

how feckin' dogged are chelsea? they are getting the knack for not playing to their best but still snatching a win or a draw with late goals.

They don't deserve any feckin credit for it, their squad cost a few hundred million quid.

Drives me bloody nuts, everyone talking about "Chelsea's heart", not "Chelsea got battered by Wigan Athletic in the second half and were lucky to escape with a win". And they WERE lucky.

Chelsea's support there was pitiful, near xmas up North for them or not tickets were only £15.

So was Wigan's. Playing against the Champions and a half empty stadium with people leaving after 40 minutes.
