we're playing s****. No need to expand on that.

As is usual for us, ball comes into box rollls across the open goal, but all of our players are at the 30/40 yard line fulfilling their @%#$%#$# defensive duties. REALLY PISSES ME OFF

I'd say it Liverpool doing badly and letting Watford in the game.

The ball has been in the air for like 90% of the first half........it's pissing me off!

Same problem we've had for the last couple of years. Balls come into the box, no one is there to attack it. Zero support coming in from midfield. Strikers isolated upfront and dropping deep to get the ball. You cannot blame either Bellamy or Kuyt, they are expected to conjure magic with zero support.

Twice now, the ball has bounced at a leisurely pace in front of an empty watford goal and no liverpool player was anywhere near

Spot on but Kuyt still comes deeper than he needs to and therefore can't get into the box as much.

The defence looks nervy without Hyypia. I think we underestimate Sami's dominance sometimes. Carra likes playing behind him but doesn't look the same with other partners. We need a good early goal to open the floodgates. I would bring on Gonzales for Garcia after 60 minutes if Luis doesn't have any impact..

We need to control the game and stop Watford from just booting it up into the air.

Not much movement from us on the whole, althoguh there have been occassions when Bellamy/Garcia dummies have worked to great effect.

Exactly right. SG hasn't been in it at all and Garcia only got involved towards the end of the half. Riise not up to much and Pennant is looking lightweight. Watford have caused us problems with long balls and Reina had a very scary moment with an attempted volleyed clearance from a Gerrard volleyed backpass....
