Molby Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 I want him here, and I want him in Jan there I've said it
JohnnyH Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 You can have him, just please don't bring him to game with you as he's an overrated one trick pony puff.
CarraLegend Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 I want him here, and I want him in Jan there I've said it He'll certainly add some much needed pace.
Rory Fitzgerald Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 Forget his playing ability. Tevez and Mascherano went to West Ham and look what happened, apples and oranges maybe but would not like the circus outside the fact he is ex-Man U
Rory Fitzgerald Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 Actually, would he make much in merchandising, obviously alot of domestic supporters would not buy his stuff, what about the Asians. I know they are fanatical supporters, but would they buy into the Beckham brand given the history of club and player ? In theory, it could hit the % he gets from such funds.
Molby Posted December 1, 2006 Author Posted December 1, 2006 Every estate agent in Liverpool says that. ex estate agent, if you don't mind
RP Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 Tevez and Mascherano went to West Ham and look what happened, apples and oranges maybe but would not like the circus outside the fact he is ex-Man U Of the million reasons that someone might not want Beckham at Anfield, wtf have Tevez and Mascherano got to do with anything??
Cobs Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 I want him here, and I want him in Jan there I've said itare you thinking of someone to open your Fondue Parlour ?
Rory Fitzgerald Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 Of the million reasons that someone might not want Beckham at Anfield, wtf have Tevez and Mascherano got to do with anything?? Impact of high profile players on club spirit - a media circus would follow Beckham, not an expert on sports psychology but the Hammers were looking down the line of a good season before the 2 Agries came in, such influences cant be dismissed. (Ashton's injury had a big impact on the Hammers)
Gilps Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 (edited) I'd take him precisely for Andy's reaction. And Harris', come to that. Edited December 1, 2006 by Gilps

So we shouldn't consider Thierry Henry or Ronaldinho if they became available and we had the funds to buy them? "Just in case" ???
Rory Fitzgerald Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 So we shouldn't consider Thierry Henry or Ronaldinho if they became available and we had the funds to buy them? "Just in case" ??? Now you're just being awkward. So the flip side would be that we should by loads a shoite players cause they wont upset status quo
Molby Posted December 1, 2006 Author Posted December 1, 2006 dear cockmonkey mod I meant that I wanted him for Liverpool so this is a Liverpool thread about what he could bring to us on the pitch yours sincerely, Molby
Herbie von Smalls Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 i'd sooner have roy keane than beckham. and he's a right c***.
Murphman Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 God help me I agree with Molby. He's a good pro and a good player, if we could get the media circus under strict control then why not, he'd be a better bet on the right than poor old Jermaine at the moment. I may even learn to blank out him stamping on Redknapp. The c*nt. (Blank out! Blank out!)
_00_deathscar Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 I may even learn to blank out him stamping on Redknapp. The c*nt. (Blank out! Blank out!) I'd be glad if he did it again though..

McBain Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 I'm pretty sure he'll be lining up for us soon I remember the summer( was it 04?) when half a dozen people were claiming he was on his way. It'd be worth it just to see how the forum servers coped
JonShar Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 Don't you hate it when he sits on the fence like that? He's an ambiguous little c*nt isn't he?!
