Zidane shouldn't be there. Etoo'o has been better than Ronaldinho imo.

I hate World Cup years....

 

Remember Ronaldo winning it (and the European one) in 2002 after being out injured for 11 months, playing for 3 weeks in Japan/Korea and scoring 8 eights despite Ballack being fantastic all year leading Leverkusen to 2nd place, and the finals of the Champions LEague and German Cups and also leading Germany to the final of the World Cup...

Ridiculous. Why si Zidane there? He had 2 good games at the World Cup and was poor for Madrid for most of the season, so having him in the top 3 ahead of Henry is stupid.

He's pretty much just in for his Brazil performance, which to be fair was one of the best individual performances I've seen in a long time.

What a bitter/sweet season. Would have much rather won one and gone nowhere near in the others. I remember that Topmoeller or whatever his name was. must have wanted to top himself. Didn't they nearly get relegated the season after?

There is the issue of major doubt being cast over the Juve contribution to that award
