After reading Michael had finally returned to England, I sat down and watched the documentary once again and after seing it I thought that there might be some of you who haven't seen it. Uploaded it on sharebigfile.com. Go to this site:

Go to the bottom and type in the 3 digit code and wait for app. 30 sec. - there's a counter on the page. After the 30 sec. you will be given a link which you need to copy/paste into your browser and voila. :-)
