Why is Ben Foster described as "Ben Foster (Man Utd)" in the full squad, when Carson is described as "Scott Carson (Charlton)" for the U21's? Surely it should be Watford & Charlton, or MU & Liverpool?

 

Another question should also surely be why is Foster in the full squad and Carson in the U21's?
