The Positive Thread

I will be honest here that ever since Sunday i have been f***ing down and out about the prospect of us winning much this year. But based on the last few years that we have had the brilliant Spaniard in charge, and the signings that he has made to make us cheer and be happy, i think we owe it to him and the club to try and be a little positive.

 

So this thread is dedicated to past, present and future success. This thread is dedicated to all those people looking for something to cheer them up and being positive is one of the best ways to do that.

 

Positive #1: With our European form, We could win the CL.

 

Don't dismiss this, just try it, i am sure someone will think of something more significant then me.

I think we're still on course - we've got all our worst away games behind us - we're through to the next round of the CL (After we've qualified well) - we've progressed in the league cup and it's like a fortress at Anfield

 

A nice win against Boro is going to set us up for a very nice run which will see us in the top 4 come Christmas

 

From there as confidence improves we'll top that by stuffing the Mancs, Chelsea, Everton and Arsenal at Anfield and will finish the season 1st or second.

We have some really great players. We're unbalanced, we're playing like an unbalanced team, but, still, we do have some great players.

Think theres plenty to be positive about...

 

1. Our home form is as good as anyone...

2. In Agger, Kujt and Sissoko we have 3 players that will be 1st team reulars for the next 5 seasons (and beyond)

3. Our form in the CL is excellent, even away from Anfield we've got good results.

4. For the vast majority of our players form wise the only way is up, we know guys like Gerrard, Carragher, Alonso, Bellamy are quality players their form will improve.
