CarraLegend Posted November 12, 2006 Posted November 12, 2006 Staggering how different players get different treatment from refs. Momo would of walked today if he'd done some of the "tackles" he was doing.
George Costanza Posted November 12, 2006 Posted November 12, 2006 Rooney gets the most lienent treatment by far - the s*** that comes from his granny licking gob would normally have most players sent off.

The expletives that come out of his mouth each game is amazing really, think he has a swearing addiction, he also called Riley a cheating s***house yesterday which was just ignored, threw the ball away when he was already booked and nothing. Gerrard gets away with stuff at times that others wouldnt to be fair but not that often.
Hassony Posted November 13, 2006 Posted November 13, 2006 Henry and Fabregas were very lucky not to be booked in the first half
NWR Posted November 13, 2006 Posted November 13, 2006 Henry and Fabregas were very lucky not to be booked in the first half Carra should have gone off
DanielS Posted November 13, 2006 Posted November 13, 2006 (edited) Carra should have gone off Very true. Don't think anybody would dispute that. Henry only got a stern frown though. As far as I am aware after five stern frowns in consecutive games don't you get a sad shake of the head? Edited November 13, 2006 by DanielS

Two sad shakes earns you a chuckled comment from Andy Gray about how your tackling is almost as bad as Scholesy's.

Bigal Posted November 13, 2006 Posted November 13, 2006 I watched that game and thought arsenal were excellent, however, on MOTD2 hansen was praising henry. I really didnt think he did that much.

Thats what I thought. Problem is that we expect so much from Henry and Gerrard that if they dont score two and make one, we feel they have not done much.
Guest Terkop Posted November 13, 2006 Posted November 13, 2006 Henry looks very poor alone, he needs a Bergkamp playing up there with him, and I dont think that cheating c*** van Persie is up to the job. On current form I would say Saha deserves to start for France and Henry benched, or they could go 2 up top, not sure how France play.
Coyler Posted November 13, 2006 Posted November 13, 2006 Van Persie swung a few studs at one or two of our players out on the wing during yesterday's game -- can't remember who it was but the two or them were livid. Ref did nothing. (Yes, à la Carra.)

I really didnt think he did that much.He did one tackle and one cross and did his best at doing an arrogant swagger whilst doing a whole lot of nothing. I disagree with the a*** being excellent, they were okish.
