The one in the pic? Just because theres a bit of yellow cloth on the shirt, doesn't mean its the armband. He might not have it, but a bit of yellow cloth would do instead.

 

The guys seems to have authentication, but who knows? Plain old autographs are dodgy, let alone anything else.
