Now only used when we at Liverpool refuse to "pay a cool 12 mill for Simoa" or a "cool 12 mill for Alves"

When the darlings of the press Man U and Chelsea do likewise it is that they will not "pay over the over the top prices these sellling clubs are asking".

I was issued with an ultimatum - either put up or shut up. Accordingly, after getting the green light from the board, I'm considering a cheeky bid. This could be the final piece of the jigsaw.
