Morse Posted October 22, 2006 Author Posted October 22, 2006 Hey, I'm as pissed as the next bloke...but the points have to be given out. (Although most of them deserve a horse whipping today rather than praise of any sort).
CarraLegend Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 WarnockPalettaDudek Nah, seriously errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr errrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Finnan - Done okGonzalez - I thought he was alright and was the one who actually looked like doing something, left duckface for dead while giving him a 10 yard headstart at one point. Put in a great cross for Kuyt and had a couple of (allbeit woeful) shots. Was shocked at him being subbed unless he had a knock. Reina - Had a dodgy moment early on but made a couple of good catches, couple of decent saves and done really well to at least make Scholes have a 2nd attempt at scoring.
Gunga Din Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Sissoko was good, at least he tried.everyone else was s****
George Costanza Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Sissoko was good, at least he tried.everyone else was s**** last 20 mins he was the only one who even tried. The majority had f***ing given up. Finnan had a reasonable game which means he was better than most.
Internationinteroperability Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 1. Mark González2. Momo Sissoko3. Dirk Kuyt
Guz Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 last 20 mins he was the only one who even tried. The majority had f***ing given up. Finnan had a reasonable game which means he was better than most. Strange that, I felt the same about Stevie because he put in a couple of tackles and tried to get the ball. As a unit we gave up at HT though. 1. Reina2. Finnan3. Gonzalez
sean Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Gonzales showed he has a bit of pace in him, but was poor overall. There's little to be optimistic about in the short term, the way we are playing. Rethink required for a few of the lads in our squad. Rumor abound elsewhere that Gerrard clocked Bellamy a right-hander in training. Probably rubbish, but there you go.
fred milne Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Thought Sissoko was the best player by some distance.
Chili Palmer Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 1. Momo2. Finnan3. Reina Mention for Gonzales, anyone who can give ferdinand a start and beat him easily has something about him. The rest 2 out of 10. we can't win games with 8 players woefully out of form.
Sion Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 they were all so good, i don't know who to pick.
