LFCNeil90 Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 If you look at the games lost so far:Everton awayChelsea awayBolton awayMancs away its not f***ing easy. We're not winning the title this year because we didnt win these games, but all these are coming at the same period meaning it looks f***ing horribleMajority said that the September - October period was horrendous.
Guest kop75 Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 its not f***in easy but they didnt turn up for most of those f***ing gamestodays perfect example,no f***in passion

Guest RedLegend Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Not an easy start but if you want to be up there challenging at the end of the season you have to take some points from away games against the top sides. Beating all the s**** teams won't get us far if we're getting pumped by all the good sides.
dalennie Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Alonso has been very poor this season. garcia and gonzales not up for it either. need battlers
Swipe Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Chelsea won't lose 4 games this season - never mind four games away from home. 1 point from 15 away by the end of October is a disgrace. To challenge for the league you have to win at these places - or at least not get beat We've been poor in all of these matches. Shocking season so far.
LFCNeil90 Posted October 22, 2006 Author Posted October 22, 2006 The results are poor, but the performances have been even worse and that's what is hard to take.Today was absolute s**** yes but I thought Bolton and Chelsea games we did enough to get at least 1 point out of maybe 3 Arsenal next.
_00_deathscar Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Gerrrard has been utter utter utter s*** this season.
Guest RedIsMyColour Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Nothing to say to say really except that was an embarrassing performance.
Chili Palmer Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 It doesn't matter when you play the hard games, be it at the start or end of the season, you have to compete to get anything from them.
Jim D Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 We still haven't scored away from home in open play yet, in either the Champions League or the Premiership. 2 goals thus far have been from the penalty spot and a corner kick. Major worry.
Cooldude Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Gerrrard has been utter utter utter s*** this season. The only thing he's done well this season is giving the ball away Danny Murphy style
LFCNeil90 Posted October 22, 2006 Author Posted October 22, 2006 It doesn't matter when you play the hard games, be it at the start or end of the season, you have to compete to get anything from them. I know that, what I meant was we look far down and s**** cause they've all come at once.
McBain Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 We've got 4 in a row at Anfield now. If we can win all them we can maybe get our confidence back. Maybe The fixtures were clearly more difficult at the start than at the end but it doesn't make it any less disappointing From memory, in 14 games against the other sides in the top 4 we've lost 11, drawn 1 and won only 2. That's f*cking shyte
Guz Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 There's no but about it - today was pitiful, this season has been dreadful so far. This year was supposed to be the one where we started competing at Stamford Bridge, Reebok and Old Trafford but it's been the same old crap, if not worse. League is gone but we'll just have to win the CL instead
Barnesy_10 Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 pretty disgusted to be honest.... I wouldn't mind us losing 2-0 if we actually gave a f***... the players didn't. That was obvious. Not one of them looked arsed today, and today it looked like we had dragged a bunch of average athletes and stuck them on the pitch expecting them to play football. Simple basic things were missing. Passing for f***s sake... whats happened to them? Alonso, one of the best passers in the game at one point can't make a good job of an easy 10 yard pass, let alone the 40 yard passes we have seen him do before.Gerrard was being bossed around by their midfield. We had Garcia playing little flicks at 2-0 down. Kuyt was out of the game, and when he was in it he was on the wing crossing into an empty box as he was on his own. Sami playing his tradmeark hoofs up the pitch which are getting worse as they only just make it to the half way line. Carra couldn't take charge of the defence. What teh hell was happening when Pennant came on? where was he supposed to be? he went left wing!?!? then was making runs inside, then started doing flicks and stuff. I just don't know whats going on...
realtarragona Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Man Utd weren't anything special today yet won comfortably. Embarrassing isn't even the word for it. Disgrace. 11 points off the top in October is pathetic.
_00_deathscar Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 The only thing he's done well this season is giving the ball away Danny Murphy style I'd rather have an underperforming, s*** Danny Murphy right now than Gerrard that's how bad he's been.
smithdown Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 The results are poor, but the performances have been even worse and that's what is hard to take. Even harder is that the opposition have barely put us under much pressure either. Games thrown away that were all there for the taking. Only difference in this one is that we actually had less efforts on goal for a change.
Guz Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 I'd rather have an underperforming, s*** Danny Murphy right now than Gerrard that's how bad he's been. No worse (actually better imo) than Carragher, Alonso, Sissoko or even Finnan this season.
Cooldude Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 No worse (actually better imo) than Carragher, Alonso, Sissoko or even Finnan this season. Then you're watching a completely different Gerrard to the most of us

lawrie Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Gerrrard has been utter utter utter s*** this season. Must be his fault that we keep losing away then, after all we are a one man team.
Guest RedLegend Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 7 points from a possible 42 while Rafa has been here against Chelsea, Arsenal and Utd. Jeebus, that is atrocious.
bazz Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 No worse (actually better imo) than Carragher, Alonso, Sissoko or even Finnan this season. Finnan played ok today - best defender we had
