a blue mate is banging on about this 14 year old that plays for their under 18s - Jose Baxter

 

all the blues reckon he's the new Rooney and apparently, Ray Hall (acadamy manager at Everton) claims that he is better than Rooney was.

 

there is also a lad called James Rodwell, centreback, who is extemely highly thought of, mancs meant to be interested.

 

 

Anyone heard anything about them?

Jose Baxter

This is a 14 yr old lad who finished top scorer in the Milk Cup. According to the academy director he is better than Rooney was at 14. He has broken Patrick Kluiverts youth goalscoring records and secured himself with sponsorship from Nike.

He is hyped as the best prospect in the North West. Unfortunately he's a kopite and there have been rumours that he may be making the dreaded trip across the park.

Jack Rodwell

He is 15yr old centre back from Southport and has been called up at England u-16 level. He has played for the Everton u-18 since he was 14. Also he is very strong and tall 6ft 2in (catching up to Peter Crouch!)

Everton u-18 manager Neil Dewsnip said: "Jack Rodwel acquitted himself very well. That bodes well for the future. It is great experience and showed he wasn't fazed by the step up and he can handle it.

Also keep your eyes peeled to Sky for the upcoming Victory Shield (October 13th I think)

who was the other bloke made a break through after rooney left and all the everton ones were giving it we dont care bout rooney cause this guys better....havent heard from him since.

Just did a google on this Pepper guy, and you're right madaboutlfc, he's recently joined Liverpool.

 

Google found a couple of Everton boards and surprise surprise, they think Pepper is gash and not good enough for Everton yada yada yada!

 

"We have Jose Baxter so Pepper can f*** off" :D

 

Did you make that up? I mean seriously, please find me the place where the main topic is whether Jose Baxter is better than Adam Pepper, go on, right bloody now.

A lad at work was going on the other day about how we don't have any young players in the side.

"What about Richie Partridge,John Welsh.Why aren't they in the side,they were supposed to be fantastic?"
