What a fantastic trip we had over the weekend and I already long for next time:

 

Highs:

Aachen Hotel (Irene, Marie......)

The Albert

The endless singing at The Albert (special thanks to the guy in the retro shirt)

Liverpool as a town, much much nicer than I had expected

Anfield experience

Bellamy's goal

Prenton Park half-time beer

The cab driver who drove us to Prenton (and came back to pick us up)

The Beehive, Midlands, Flanagan's, Cavern, the weird 70's club ................

The men crying at the Museum tour when replaying the Istanbul night

The renovation house w/o windows between Anfield and Cabbage Hall with all the LFC decoration inside

The bitter Evertonian doing the renovation

 

Lows:

The fog over Manchester that had us sitting in Copenhagen for 2 hrs

The women that didn't show up which made us sit in COP another 2 hours

Manchester Airport

SAS for losing our luggage

Everything about Manchester really

I never found out where the Oakie was

The fish and chips (and garlic sauce) at The best kebab on Mount pleasant

All the football results over the weekend

Glad you enjoyed your stay here, living in Liverpool i generally take things for granted, nice to see people appreciate the things though.
