Just watching the post match comments from the internationals. There seems to be a real under current of dislike between the two. Gray seems to really rattle Jamie's cage, and it's almost painful to watch. I think it started a couple of weeks ago. Fat Andy went on a bitter rant about Gerrard telling Rafa he wouldn't play any more, which pissed Redknapp off unsurprisingly.

To be fair it's more interesting than the 'we must all agree' agenda that the BBC promote.

Definately, I remember that one about Gray saying Gerrard should say "play me in the middle or I won't play at all", and I thought Jamie was gonna lamp him one. I like Redknapp, apart from his love for all things Lampard (yes, I know he is his cousin).

theres no doubt Jamie doesnt like him, i was watching the irish game on RTE tonight so just put on sky for their last 15 mintues of braodcast, you can see the tension between the 2, Redders doesnt agree with a single iota of what that bitter prick says, id love them to have a dunphyesque rant at each other

any irish posters will know what i mean

f***in 'ave him Jamie la

pmsl @ 3:00 onwards. About 3:05, I thought he was gonna just lamp him.

If Richard Keys had let them carry on, I reckon it would have kicked off.

Gray must think if you make a point with slightly pissed off and concerned expression it becomes more believable. I've always hated him, but at least he used to be credible most of the time, he's gone to s**** over the last couple of years, phoning it in like Hansen.

Yep, I like Redders too. I think he knows the game quite well but struggles to formulate his ideas into words.

It will be interesting to see how his on screen relationship with the bitter pans out.
