I remember Liverpool played Strømsgodset in a European competition a few years ago. I can't remember the score but I hope Liverpool won! :)

A mere 59!

I was on the Kop when Liverpool hammered Reykjavik in our first European Cup tie. I have just Googled it - it was in 1964 and we won 5-0! :)

Nine Liverpool players scored that night. I wonder who, apart from Clemence, missed out?

We did beat them yes, but just barely and I'm afraid we wont stay up unless the team improves dramatically.

I'm not sure the splashing-out-money-on-old-players-policy very sound either.

And claiming Leo is going strong, is pushing it a bit too far imo.

Time to retire Leo! :bleh:

But besides that,

Leve Godset!

Aass for oss!

Great trivia question that.

Cisse - blazed it at the keeper when finesse was required

Cissé Sr. in that case.

I have a vague memory that this 'trivia question' was in fact answered in Shoot! magazine way back in the 70's. And I have even a more vague memory that the slacker was Brian Hall...

i think they are called Orn

Not so good! They are second from bottom in 2div. with two matches to go! 2div=league one

10. Åmot. ... 24 32 - 47 27

11. Stabæk2.... 24 42 - 38 26

12. Tollnes..... 24 25 - 52 23

13. Ørn Horten... . 24 33 - 65 21

14. Årdal FK. ... 24 32 - 64 15

Ørn Horten
