you have to take into account though the 70k a week he earns. He's cost us around £17m up to now.

according to thommo's autobiography, we were never really in for him. we were offered him for 4.5m and weren't interested at that price. about 2 months laster he signed for the mancs for 12m .... only kenyon knows why they paid another 7.5m!
